I’m only supposed to start officially once I sort out the nutrition, but couldn’t resist starting with the brain synchronization, initially I thought I was going to start tonight at 20h00 but immediately after it was downloaded (round about 14h00), I started listening and I’m still listening to it.
Those that know me personally will know that I either do something 110% or not at all.
Just a quick question, are there any specific settings regarding volume you should be using? I’m currently playing around with putting it really loud and really soft and I seem to be getting the best effects when it’s just barely audible.
Within the first 5 minutes of listening, all the tension and cramps in body disappeared (my body tend to be like a sponge when it comes to absorbing stress), focus increased dramatically, mood brightened up rapidly.
After an hour of listening, my reflexes increased, dropped my keys and I have never been able to catch anything that I accidentally dropped, this time was different, I caught it without even thinking about it.
Ability to recall things from the earlier phone call also improved, could barely remember the basic detail, after and hour of listening, everything just started coming back in bits and pieces as if I’m listening to a radio broadcasting different bits and pieces of conversation.
I don’t know if it’s imagination, but my eyesight improved slightly, can now sit about 3 meters away from my monitor and read the 10px size text clearly, my limit used to be 2 meters and even then the text was fuzzy.
Will obviously have to change my breakfast routine from tomorrow morning and onwards as my breakfast consisted of processed grains, mixed with oatmeal, dried fruit, normal fruit and whey protein powder all mixed together with water, no wonder I have to eat every 2 hours.
